Android and iOS App Publishing

Hi,

My team is working on a project that can benefit hugely if we can use polymer and publish it into Android and iOS apps (APK and IPA files).

Can anyone tell me if there is any proper way to do it? And if anyone has done it already, I'd love to know how it performs.

Have you checked out the Apache Cordova project? I've heard people having good success with taking a Polymer/Angular project and using Cordova to get it into the respective app stores.
