polymer strange behavior on firefox and IE11

when access my site,on chrome,it behaves normal,but on firefox and IE11,there is a weird phenomenon,when the each page of my site is accessed,on firefox and IE11,they just show the static elements,data in the db are not showed up,but when i click somewhere or press F12,or any event triggers ,they show up.what is the problem ?how can i fix?
