HTML Imports

Hello,

I wanted to learn Polymer, but sadly can't manage the HTML Imports.

I downloaded the startet pack and did the first Tutorial. But there is just a grey site.

I thought this is maybe a Problem with HTML Imports. So i included the script but noticed that this File, or direction didn't exist in the startet pack.

After that I downloaded the HTMLImport from git and included the HTMLImport.js . Doesn't work. Then I noticed that you have change to a webkit and I have to include webcomponents.js . Doesn't work.

I tested the runner.html and there are a lot of errors in the mocha file, espacially with the parser.

When I run your finished index.html in the starter project it doesn't work, too.

Do you have any tips for me? Or a solution?

I'm on Mac OS Yosemite and I used Chrome and Safari, for testing.

In Chrome, try opening the dev tools and see if there are any errors in the JavaScript console. It's something like CTRL+OPTION+J, or you can find it through the “View” menu. I suspect itI suspect it's erroring out because you're opening it via a file:// URL instead of putting it on a webserver.
