Just came across http://techcrunch.com/2014/12/03/appgyver-launches-supersonic-a-new-framework-for-hybrid-apps/ Seems to have lots in common with designer, commercial background though...

Designer has always been meant as a kind of proof of concept to show what's possible with components. I'm super exciting to see folks take those ideas and run with them. Hope to see more things like this in the future :D
