spring model binding

Hello All, 

I am new to polymer. I come from web application development such as Spring MVC, Struts frameworks. 

I like the way polymer elements are developed and look. I would like to incorporate these into my existing project.

But, I am finding it hard to learn binding of Spring MVC or Struts models to polymer components. I would like to use polymer components in JSP pages, with Spring or struts model binding.

Please help!
