Intent to Remove resetStyleInheritance form Shadow Root and Insertion Points

Hi polymer folks,

If you don't use {ShadowRoot,InsertionPoint}.resetStyleInheritance, you can skip the rest of this message.

We are removing resetStyleInheritance in a few days from Chrome canary.

I've already dropped it from the Shadow DOM spec:

In summary, you can use CSS's new property 'all' as an replacement of resetStyleInheritance.

Note that there is no equivalent way to reset styles for a text node which is a direct child of a shadow root. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please let us know that.

Afaict Chrome hasn't implemented the CSS all property. Before removing resetStyleInheritance should we have its replacement in place?

Let me announce that we've decided that we are removing resetStyleInheritance from Chrome canary soon to prevent this deprecated feature from being used anymore.

So sad.
ShadowDOM was exclusive way to reset browser zoom level in block of page.
I do not know alternative way. (
