I'm working on implementing Polymer into a Meteor app. I've worked out several kinks but am having an issue with the core-animated-pages. For any of the slide animations, the first time I load the app (or hard refresh) and activate the animation via a page switch, it does a very jerky transition in chrome and safari (webkit) on OSX 10.9.5. It appears to over-slide the new page before snapping back. After this first time it works fine going forward. It also works fine in Firefox. Any idea what's happening? Code sample:

<core-animated-pages fit transitions="slide-from-right">
  <section id="home" fit layout vertical center center-justified>
    {{nav buttons}}
  </section>
  <section>
    <div id="page2" fit layout vertical center center-justified slide-from-right>
      {{content}}
    </div>
  </section>
    <div id="page3" fit layout vertical center center-justified slide-from-right>
      {{content}}
    </div>
  </section>
</core-animated-pages>

polymer.meteor.com should be back up, not sure why it was down.
