paper-autogrow-textarea duplicated text?

I think I've found a bug in the paper-autogrow-textarea component. Take a look:

Once you reach the maxRows height, it seems like text lines start to get duplicated and jumbled on top of each other. Anyone else experience this?

I've experienced this too. And I can't really get the maxRows to do anything. I got around it by taking off maxRows and setting a maxlength attribute on the inner textarea.
