Has anyone used http/2 with polymer?

And have an example they wouldn't mind sharing? Particularly loading up all required web components .html files when index is requested.

Would be a nice alternative to having to use the vulcanizer. Not that the vulcanizer is bad or anything, it's just cool that nowadays perhaps this can be done 

without an external build process.

I'm really interested in this too. So far I haven't seen any examples but maybe some will pop up soon (or you could be the first to build one!)
