Polymer.NeonPageBehavior not completing transition in chrome (was fine)

Hi Guys i have a polymer app that uses Polymer.NeonPageBehavior.

Until last night it was all good in all browsers but chrome now craps out during page transition leaving one page overlapping the other.

Its still all good in other browsers but chrome just cant seem to get from one page to the other without the bug.

Has been working to date with nothing changing except the console now tells me warn: /deep/ combinator is deprecated.

Any clues would be appreciated as the site was due live yesterday and until then was all ok!!
