Which IDE has the support for polymer? Either naticely or through extensions?

Try Atom. It has fairly good Polymer support.

Atom, really good!

install with your cmd or shell ( if your on mac)

apm install polymer-atom

apm stands for (atom package manager). It works just like bower or npm.
