Made with Polymer: Your Priorities electronic democracy app

Hey all

We decided about 6 months ago to rewrite our Your Priorities electronic democracy application in Polymer as a single page app...

The results:

a) We love Web Components and Polymer!

b) We have now, in record dev time, released a read-only technology preview here: http://your-priorities-preview.org/

The past 12 months Your Priorities has been used by over 50.000 people in Iceland via the Better Reykjavík and Better Iceland websites.  We are also working with the National Health Service in England doing participation experiments, you can see two of those in the preview.  The app has been used in Estonia to propose and change national laws.

Btw, to clarify the record dev time, then I've been doing experiments with Polymer the past 6 months, but only starter real work on this app 19 days ago according to github ;)

We’ve released the next preview version of our open source citizen participation app, Your Priorities. We have retired our RoR stack developed since 2008 in favor of Web Components powered by Polymer and a Node.js backend. Our original preview was in Polymer 0.5 but this new preview is Polymer 1.1.
