Using external Javascript Libraries (fullcalendar.io) with Polymer 2.0 - How to

Starting a new project based on Polymer 2.0, we require integrating external Javascript Libraries such as fullcalendar.io and tinymce.  

 

Any help, best approach and working code snippets will be much appreciated, as we have not managed to have a working code.
