suggestion: core-sessionstorage

I suggest a 'core-sessionstorage' element or an element which allows configuration to switch between local and session.

Development Effort:

The development would merely be a find/replace exercise on the existing 'core-localstorage' element.

Reasons for this element:

1. Closes attack vectors for applications used on shared computers or in kiosks.
2. Encourages smaller memory footprint for applications

Hey Paul,

Just wanted to say that I think this is a great idea. I'd even expand on it a bit; create a core-storage component that can be used with other types of storage layers like IDB. We're heads down right now getting ready for Google I/O, but I'd like to revisit this sometime in July.
