paper-menu not available in 2.0-preview

Hi,

There is no 2.0-preview version of paper-menu. This component will be removed in 2.0 or there is a substitute in 2.0 for this component ?

Ok in more recent sample I can found this type of code.

  <paper-icon-item>
    <iron-icon icon="work" item-icon></iron-icon>
    Forms
  </paper-icon-item>
  <paper-icon-item>
    <iron-icon icon="maps:local-library" item-icon></iron-icon>
    Guide PLEX

    <iron-icon icon="account-circle" item-icon></iron-icon>

  </paper-icon-item>
</div>

But in this case my paper-icon-item are not aligned on the left.
