Polymer + jsbin crash issues

I'm wondering if this is an issue with my setup or if others are seeing this.

The following jsbin is pretty simple: http://jsbin.com/tejam/3/edit

In Chrome Stable (M35), no flags, everything works ok

In Chrome Beta (M36), no flags, it immediately crashes.

In Chrome Canary (M37), no flags, I get an error:

(WEB_PAGE context) Lazy require of app.binding did not set the binding field     observe.js:64

Is anyone else seeing similar behavior? I've tried clearing localstorage and cookies and signing back into jsbin in case it was a possible auth bug or something but that didn't change anything.

I'm seeing the same in Stable and Canary on Mac OS X.
