Mobile WebSite Speed Testing Tool timing out on Polymer Shop App

The other day, I tried testing the Polymer Shop App at the Mobile WebSite Speed Testing Tool site, and it got pretty good scores.

But today, it consistently fails to finish, reporting:   

Uh oh! Your site took too long to analyze.

Any idea what is happening?

Same thing happened with me for my wordpress site. After clearing the 'wp-supercache' plugin in wordpress it worked again. Could not replicate the problem however again.
