Polymer app on Adobe Experience Manager

Hi,

Is it possible to host the Polymer starter app on AEM ? If yes what would be the way/ folder structure ?

I don't know Adobe Experience Manager at all, but I do know that Electronic Arts has quite a large set of sites using it with Polymer. I believe they have some sort of server template for each component they use in markup (not necessarily all their components) in order to SSR render the tag and attributes needed to instantiate it.
