Sublime-Text syntax highlighting for Polymer and Web Component

Hi~

To meet my job needs, I just start to use Polymer and then found there is no highlighting plugin in Sublime Text to fit Polymer syntax completely. (such as the `$=` separator in HTML attributes, and the scope braces of data-binding - `[[]]` and `{{}}`, etc.)
