New member

I have been approached by someone who is interested in joining our critique group.  Are we open to new members at this time?  If so I will have him send three poems for us to review before he would get invite to attend a meeting to meet him.

Hi Mort,

I would be open to reviewing a candidate for membership as long as all protocol is followed. Besides the 3 poems, I would like to see a writing bio as well.

We should discuss this at our next meeting before the invitation is issued.
