6 Meter Net from Bothell WA area on 8/20/19 @ 7:15pm

Time for the 6 Meter Net this Tuesday, Aug 20th from 7:15pm to 7:45pm or sooner depending on how many people are on the air for a 6 Meter Net for those who want to join me. 

I'm located in Bothell, WA CN87vs.  We have people with better antennas on the net that call out to see if others want to participate.

The purpose of this net is to make contacts with those who are on the air or try out a new radio or antenna configuration or just to see if you can contact someone on 6 Meters.

If you just want to listen and make no contacts that is okay too.

I will be on 50.140.

Hey Marv,

So far that is what I have been doing and intend to continue.

I like 6 meters and not much happens with it unless there is a contest or an opening. 

I thought it would be good to get on the air to find out who I can reach and for others to do the same.  It has also turned into a place where people can test their 6 meter equipment and try different antennas.  If we get an opening it would be great.

It is really informal and some times we chat about things.  Everyone calls out and see who can hear them.

I will be back on the air on 8/27.  Sept 3rd is up in the air since I will be getting back that day from vacation and not when I will be back.
