I have just compiled the latest version available on the plumed github along with GMX2020.5. Â Multiwalkers and PBMetaD seems to be broken for restarting jobs. When a job is restarted the replicas > 0 do not get the correct hill height. Instead, their hill heights are reset to the starting values.Â
An example HILLS file is below showing a 5 ps run , then restarting after that time. My input files are attached.Â
