plumed + vasp + lammps not printing values to colvar or hills

Hey All 

I have a machine learning forcefield I generated in vasp and decided to compile lammps with vasp6/5 and plumed 2.9.2 support since vasp won't let me run restricted MD on its own. 

I got the software working finally but it seems like my HILLS and COLVAR files arent being updated by plumed 

Any help idea what's going wrong? 

Attached are my lammps.log COLVAR HILLS plumed.dat lammps.in and job submission script

Try to add the FLUSH action to your PLUMED input file:

https://www.plumed.org/doc-v2.9/user-doc/html/_f_l_u_s_h.html 

Something like 

FLUSH STRIDE=100
