PLUMED version: 2.7-mod

Good afternoon, dear plumed users!

I am trying to reproduce "Global Free-Energy Landscapes as a Smoothly Joined Collection ofLocal Maps" results (the files I need are located at: https://www.plumed-nest.org/eggs/21/021/).

Here the plumed version could be noticed: PLUMED version: 2.7-mod.

Where I can get and download it?

Hello

You need the hack-the-tree branch.  You can get this by cloning plumed from GitHub in the usual way:

git clone https://github.com/plumed/plumed2.git

cd plumed2

You then checkout the appropriate branch

git checkout hack-the-tree

Then do 

./compile —enable-modules all

make 

If you look in retests/basic.  You will find examples of ATLAS calculations so you can work out the syntax.  They are in directories that are called things like rt-recon, rt-recon-pca and so on.
