Configure Aterisk keyboard

I just got the kb but windows 10 can't see it.

Help, please.

Hi Ray,

I'm guessing that you're using Plover, so do you have "Gemini PR" selected as the keyboard? If so, go to configure and in the "Machine" tab select the port with your steno machine, or click "Scan" to automatically find it. I need a bit more information to help you out, but this is the least I can do.

Wonderful to read your email.

I did exactly what you suggested and it worked.

I checked in Windows' device manager and saw that com port 4 was available. I selected it in the config application and it immediately recognised it.

I owe you one. The next time that you come to Vancouver, Canada, dinner is on me.
