Hi group, You guys seem to have been contacted in 2009. It is 2014 and guess what? The company Jardin Smith International is still work.I can't say if they are real or not, but a lot of what I read at  http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php&t=16511 helped. It is good to check out. Now their land is in Eaton Bray and they held a session in New World Hotel Kuala Lumpur last week. Still 1076 sq feet . But this one is for RM65 per sq foot. Very scarce info on their own progress with old projects online, but loads of enthusiasm during their sales pitch. The company is malaysian and registration with SSM. No. 763173-W. They ask a lot of personal qns during their initial few mins which have nothing to do with interest in land banking.
