Dear Friends,

I just found out about this group.

I also bought some units in the above locations back in 2008/13..

My plot at Water Orton was affected by the HS2 railway and was waiting for compensation from the authority but till now there was no response...?!

I have bought plots at Durham & Reigate in the UK since 2005.

These were bought from Jardine Smith Singapore office.

By now, it is more than 20 years - anyone in similar situation as me?

Any updates & any recourse? ie actions to take against Jardine Smith Malaysia as they are now the agent.

Dear Friends,

I bought land in the Brede area in 2006. UK land limited went into administration. During administration period I did not give my land away thinking that I would own the land. I discovered later that I don't have the deed for it as the administrators took it without my knowledge. I contacted the administrators. They say that all the records have been destroyed. Can I do anything about it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
