Dear Dale Anne
This event has historic potential to start a shift in world climate policy to properly recognise the key role of albedo enhancement in restoring a safe climate.
WMO has the authority and respect to open a discussion based on evidence and logic, in contrast to the ideological dominance at COP.
I would be interested if the discussion could canvas the potential of WMO to convene discussions on possible governance structures for albedo management. A number of international organisations, such as the International Astronomy Union and the International Monetary Fund, might be able to contribute to an effective governance model.
I hope we can get a live link. Noting time from 11am to 1pm on the 18th = 7am UK = 6pm Australia AEDT = 2am Eastern US.
Regards
Robert Tulip
