1) Based on Your posted e-copy, only the TRO application was supposedly denied and it is now up to the lawyers to decide what next to do. 

2) The main case is still pending so we shall now await the schedule of hearing dates i.e. the civil case has not been dismissed. FYI only.

Please do not mislead, EnP Patrick Guasa. The petition was not dismissed. It was the denial of the prayer for a temporary restraining order. The main contention remains.

OMG, the civil case has not been dismissed!  What is Patrick saying here that the case has been dismissed?  That’s misleading info.  Pls, analyze deeper before posting here.  We don’t want any dim-witted info and more so a no brainer one!

labeling me a dimwit and / or a no brainer still does not change the fact that the PRAYER for injunction was DISMISSED by the Judge 😁

EnP Patrick Guasa, Please read the message again. It did not call you a dimwit nor a no-brainer. What was described here is the information. 

At least you got the dispositive portion of the decision partly correct now. You said It dismissed the prayer for injunction. It should have been TRO or preliminary injunction. Because there is such a thing as permanent injunction. 

Thus you have been advised...a little learning is a dangerous thing. I will add another. "Look before you leap."

Patrick, Oh, the feeling is mutual! But I can not stand mis and dis information and inability to comprehend especially if one is an EnP. As a professor, I have the tendency to correct or point to the error.  My bad.
