Right.
However, note that GO can take an address where to start executing, and
simh can stop execution for other reasons than breakpoints.
But basically "GO" is equivalent to "CONTINUE". Both of which will start
execution without any sort of reset happening on the system.
If you want to have a reset happen, you use the "RUN" command, which
also can take an address argument.
On a front panel PDP-11 you would only find "START" and "CONTINUE",
which are like the "RUN" and "CONTINUE" commands, except on a front
panel, execution starts from the address you have loaded previously if
you do a START.
The boot command in simh is not something you easily map into something
on a physical pdp-11. Depending on model, and conditions, and so on, you
can cause similar results but how it happens is very different.
