Utility for reading documentation tape images added

Many of the .bin tape images on Bitsavers aren't binary loadable tapes, they're actually Flex/concise tapes that are documentation. Annoying.
I added a simple utility, docviewer, that will take those tapes and convert them to readable ascii.

in the Tools/Docviewer dir. It's completely standalone and doesn't require anything else.

Great, but does the Tape_visualizer from the pidp1 software package not the same ?

Only if you want to read in one long scrolling line.
Mine is specifically for doc tapes, you get actual pages of sentences with line endings and such.
