Hello,

Since the Challenge has already ended, our lab team would like to continue working with the Chagas data. We would like to compare our results with those of the other teams, and for that, we wanted to ask if you could make public the indexes (idx) of the other validation datasets.

Dear Jorge,

We are unable to release any more of the data used in this year's Challenge due to agreements we were required to sign to access the data. If you wish to run your code on the test data again, please see our previous two posts to the Challenge group ...

As announced at CinC, we encourage everyone to write extended journal articles on their Challenge entries to submit to a focus issue in the Journal 'Physiological Measurement'.  Please see the open call here: https://tinyurl.com/pmea-chagas

We will run an updated version of your code (or an entirely new one) regardless of whether you entered the Challenge or not, if you send us a draft of your extended paper describing what is new, and agree to insert your new results in the paper, and submit it to the focus issue. This helps us identify common themes from the challenge and more easily correct misconceptions and erroneous data.

All the best,

Gari

(On behalf of the Challenge team)

Please post questions and comments in the forum. However, if your question reveals information about your entry, then please email in...@physionetchallenges.org. We may post parts of our reply publicly if we feel that all Challengers should benefit from it. We will not answer emails about the Challenge to any other address. This email is maintained by a group. Please do not email us individually.
