Hello,

I followed all instruction on installing phy and phycontrib on Windows. But when I try  to open phy kwik-gui., it says no such function in phy. I then imported phycontrib to phy_config.py and now it says klusta not installed and kwik-model is not defined.

I wanted to ask how to add kwik-gui to phy? Can I download sample phy_config.py with kwik-gui and automatic clustering added to it?

Thanks,

Hi
Try to activate the environment and do:
pip install klusta

I already tried it, it says requirement already satisfied. Everything was installed with pip phy phycontrib.

Can you show us the full terminal output?

Hi Cyrille,

I'm having this issue as well, on one machine - although things are working on another. Here is the full terminal output:

11:17:57 [W] gui:25               Package klusta not installed: the KwikGUI will not work.

11:17:58 [E] cli:37               An error has occurred (NameError): name 'KwikModel' is not defined

Reinstalling the software fixed this.
