Usage of our git (php-fig/fig-standards) repository

Hi all,

Just a quick note regarding the main fig standards repository. It should never be pushed directly to, everything should go via a pull request.

Also, an Editor of a PSR has the final say on PSR content so nothing should ever be touched on a proposed PSR without the Editor's +1 to merging in that pull request.

Michael, maybe it could be added to workflow docs? What do you think?

Indeed, this email was as a result that it was realised we'd not to really issued any guidance on this just yet. Samantha and I can look at writing up a `contributing.md` file.
