It's been well past 2 weeks while having a discussion period on allowing Phergie as a member project, and here is the voting thread for Core Committee.

Please vote with a -1/0/+1, like normal.

Discussion Thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/?!topic%2Fphp-fig%2Fbz9sr8q8yHI#!topic/php-fig/bz9sr8q8yHI

There is a separate thread for the Member Projects

I thought this thread was being deleted and we were supposed to vote in the Member Project thread? A little confusion.

GMail is not threading it correctly. I'd suggest going to the Google group page and replying there.

That's where I replied from. Still confused. This thread was going to be deleted according to the other thread. Are we having separate threads for Core Committee and Member Project voting on such issues? That doesn't make any sense.

We are working on a voting app that will make things easier, but it wasn't done in time for this call to vote.

Splitting it into two threads makes it easier for things where there are two votes, under the new FIG rules. The idea was to make it easier to tabulate the votes (this thread has all the core committee votes, the other thread all existing member votes), though Google seems to think that they should be one thread, despite me having sent two individual e-mails.

At this point people can just vote in whichever thread, I'm going to have to unravel all the votes anyway.

Wait, I thought Core Committee voted on acceptance of PSRs and member projects continued voting on things like this. Are you saying Core Committee has a separate vote on this? How does that affect the member project votes? Maybe I should have read the new bylaws a few more times, because this sounds ridiculously complex.
