IETF on Rough Consensus

relevant for the folks here.

Note: I am NOT directing this at anyone in particular, nor am I suggesting any
changes in our current workflow. I simply thought it an interesting and
worthwhile read for FIG-interested folks.

I think the IETF have some great ideas and processes defined around how to run and operate a transparent and collaborative standards body. It can feel bureaucratic, and often is, but it helps provide a more level playing field, IMO.
