As the next release of PER-CS is a major, it requires CC approval.

This is an Approval Vote of the Core Committee to approve tagging the 3.0.0 release of PER-CS. Please only vote if you are a Core Committee member.

The vote will run until 30 June or when all CC members have voted, whichever comes first.
