Output file - mass balance (secondary continuum)

Dear developers,

We found that the mass-balance file was missing the contribution from the secondary continuum. We’ve added this contribution to the mass-balance output and are preparing the regression tests. Once the tests finish, should we open a merge request for the issue, or would you prefer any additional steps?

I recommend pushing a development branch to bitbucket and submitting a pull request. Albert should have permissions to do so. I can then provide feedback.
