ক্যাপ্টেন মাজেদের ফাঁসি কার্যকর 

মুজিবের হত্যার তাণ্ডব ও দুঃশাসনের দোজখ আমরা দেখেছি। এখন হাসিনার হত্যার তাণ্ডব ও দুঃশাসনের দোজখে আরও একজন বীরের জীবনাবসান হোল। ফ্যাসিবাদীরা ও আদধিপত্যবাদীরা বোঝেনা ফাঁসির মঞ্চ দিয়ে উপনিবেশবাদীরা স্বাধীনতার সংগ্রামকে দমন করতে পারেনি। আজও ফাঁসির মঞ্চ দিয়ে ফ্যাসিবাদ ও আধিপত্যবাদের বিরুদ্ধে জনগণের সংগ্রামকে স্তব্ধ করা যাবে না। জনগণ অবশ্যই স্বাধীনতা, গণতন্ত্র, সুবিচার, মানবাধিকার ও সুষম উন্নয়ন প্রতিষ্ঠা করবেন। হাসিনা সরকার নিক্ষিপ্ত হবে আবর্জনা স্তূপে। 

১৫ আগস্ট ১৯৭৫ তিনি কি করেছিলেন তা কোন কাগজে পেলাম না। দু'একটা কাগজে লিখেছে, "১৯৯৭ সালের ১৫ জানুয়ারি সিআইডি এ মামলায় ২০ জনকে অভিযুক্ত করে মুখ্য মহানগর হাকিমের আদালতে চার্জশিট দাখিল করে" বা অনুরূপ কিছু, কিন্তু চার্জ সম্বন্ধে কিছু আলোচনা করে নি, হয়তো তথ্যের অভাবে। আদালতে চার্জশিটে কি আছে তা আমার জানা নেই। 

১৫ আগস্ট ও ৭ নভেম্বর ১৯৭৫-এর সেনা-জনতা অভ্যুত্থান ছিল গৌরবজনক। এরপর জিয়া সরকার দেশের মুখে হাসি ফুটিয়েছিলেন। এই অভ্যুত্থানদুটিতে যারা অংশ নিয়েছেন তারা বীর। ক্যাপ্টেন মাজেদ ছিলেন তেমনি একজন বীর। আমরা তার মাগফেরাত কামনা করি ও তার পরিবার পরিজনদেরকে জানাই সমবেদনা ও শুভ কামনা।

According to Zoglul Bhai, "১৫ আগস্ট ১৯৭৫ তিনি কি করেছিলেন তা কোন কাগজে পেলাম না।" Some say, he was not even involved in August 15 action though he joined the team later.

ধন্যবাদ, নাজির ভাই। আমিও তা শুনেছি। আরও শুনেছি, মৃত ব্যাক্তি বা লাশ পবিত্র। মরার পর সে কারু আত্মীয় থাকেনা, কোন জাগতিক বিসষয়ের সাথে কোন সম্পর্ক থাকে না। এমনকি ইসলামিক বিধানে স্ত্রী মৃত স্বামীকে দেখতেও পারেনা, কারন সে হয়ে যায় বেগানা। জানিনা সঠিক কিনা। তবে যাদের খোয়া যায় ব্যাথাটা তাদের। আপনজনেরা কান্নাকাটি করে, মৃত ব্যাক্তি আত্মার মাগফেরাতের জন্য দোয়া কালাম পড়ে, দান খয়রাত করে। 

আমি সঠিক জানিনা কেপ্টেন মাজেদের প্রকৃত অপরাধ কি। সরকারী খবরে বিস্তারিত নাই। শুধু একটাই বানি, মুজিবের "আত্ম স্বীকৃত খুনি।" মাজেদ বিচারের সময় উপসথিত ছিলনা। সে স্বিকৃতি টা কোথায় কাকে দিয়েছে? অনেকে বলে, সে ১৫ অগাস্টএ ছিলই না, পরে এসে যোগ দিয়েছ। তাহলে সে খুনি হল কীবভাবে? তাও আবার "অত্মস্বািক্রিত"।  

তাছাড়া, অপরাধী হলে, তার সরবউচছ সাজা সে পেয়েছে। কবরের উপর পােটানোর মানে কি? ছবি দেখে মনে হচছে, ক্যামেরার জনন্য তোলা, কাউকে দেখনোর জন্য। সুবিধা আদায়ের জন্য। আল্লাহ সবাইকে হেদায়েত করুক।

যত্রতত্র এইসব দন্ডপ্রাপ্ত নৃশংস খুন ও গণহত্যার আসামীদের কবর দেওয়া একটা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ কাজ ।

ক’দিন পর কবর বাঁধিয়ে মার্বেলের ফলক লাগিয়ে তাকে “শহীদ” ঘোষণা করা হবে -- আর ইন্টারনেটে তার জীবনী দিয়ে বিবৃতি দেওয়া হবে, তিনি কত বড় ইসলামের ধ্বজাধারী ছিলেন । 

“শহীদ”  কাদের মোল্লাকে নিয়ে ঠিক যেমন একটা ঘৃণ্য, মিথ্যা ধর্মপ্রচার শুরু  হয়েছে যেটা  সম্পূর্ণ রাজনৈতিক দুরভিসন্ধিমূলক।

বাংলাদেশের স্বল্পদিনের  ইতিহাসে আমরা দেখেছি বারবার -- যাদের ধর্মের প্রতি বিন্দু-বিসর্গের অনুরাগ নেই তারাই ধর্মের কুরুচিপূর্ণ অপব্যবহার করছে রাজনৈতিক সুবিধা হাসিলের লক্ষ্যে ।
