Setha Seeds Postponed

Hi all, 

We will be postponing the Setha Seeds tour and seed processing workshop. This weekends workshop has been cancelled due to low numbers. Keep an eye out for the new date. 

If you have booked into this weekends one - I will be in contact with you directly.

Unfortunately we didn't get enough interest in this event (on the 18th April) to make it happen. We will be advertising this particular event outside of this group when we have a new date. If you have any connections to other groups that may be interested let me know. Lets spread the word.

We have a few members who have offered to pay for other members places in the workshop. So if lack of funds is a reason you can not attend please get in touch. We also have car pooling options for anyone struggling with fuel costs. 

We need 20 people to commit to coming to make this happen. We only had 6 people booked in for this weekend.

Hi Beck, 

I'm initially very sorry to hear this, because I know you've put so much work in behind the scenes to try and get the event happening this weekend. Learning from an expert how to save seed properly and efficiently is also such an important skill right now for building our self sufficiency and our local community resilience for the future. 

The silver lining I see however is that, if Setha advertises this within her circles such as the kai oranga group, then the rescheduled event should be a fantastic opportunity for further networking with like-minded people and growing our tribe.

Thanks again for all the effort you put into running great events for the Permaculture HB group. 

Do you have any idea when the new date will be so we can block it out in the calendar straight away?

Hi Becks, 

I want to second that, thank you for all your hard work in trying to make this happen and all the other things you do. And hopefully there will be said silver lining and we will see a great outcome at some point in the future.
