SearchQuery/SearchResult's Continue field?

I'm playing with the search API defined in pkg/search, and there's a
'Continue' field for SearchQuery and SearchResult which is supposed to
be used for continuing queries with large numbers of results. However,
what I'm observing is that the Continue field is never actually set in
the response. Is this not actually implemented, or is there something
else I'm likely missing?

Figured it out -- the server only sets continue on searches restricted
to permanodes.
