There is no rocksdb version. I search goolge, concurrent_prepare rename to two_write_queues ?

Was this some kind of upgrade or re-install over some earlier install of any variant (Percona Server, MariaDB, FB-MySQL)? If so, you must completely remove the /var/lib/mysql before you install the server packages. MyRocks is not compatible across variants. until it reaches GA within Percona Server, in-place upgrades are also not supported.

I wonder also how this is even possible, two_write_queues was only added to rocksdb 4 days ago (https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/commit/857adf388fd1de81b8749bf1e5fe20edf6f8a8c8) and to my knowledge, none of the variants have advanced their rocksdb versions through this change yet.
