This must be the one who was married to Hon. Enid Paget,  daughter of Lord Queenborough (of the Marquesses of Anglesey). Burke's Peerage says they had Charles Henri (b.3 Nov 1949, d. an infant) and Isabelle Victoria (b.28 March 1951).

There are two French death announcements, The first omits Isabelle, and the second mentions her and also the deceased Charles Henri. Probably the reason Charles-Henri and Isabelle are not mentioned in the first announcement is because they came from a previous marriage, and it was likely prepared by the children of the second.

Thanks to Anuschka at Nobiliana for these:

I do not know when Enid Paget died. She was living in the 1973 Debrett's but gone by 2003.

It is a little indistinct, but if you zoom in on the inscription on her gravestone at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:GraveDeLaPoype-CimetiereDeNyon_RomanDeckert10062022.jpg, it looks like Enid Paget died on 25 December 1992.

I know this family well as they descend from my family. Whilst it is correct to copy a notice of death correctly, the family, whilst very wealthy is known as a fake noble family in the Encyclopedie de la Fausse Noblesse de France.
The Paulze d'Yvoy family were a rich Bourgeois family in finance. A good marriage to the heiress of General comte de La Poype de Serrieres, one of Napoleon's generals and of a very ancient aristocratic lineage, meant that the family appended that illustrious name to theirs, and their title.
