Interesting list, which seems pretty accurate from the little that I know.  A small piece of pedantry: it's Lady Sarah Chatto, not Hon. Sarah Chatto.
It's perhaps a week to early to speculate which, if any, of these people might fill the several vacancies in the Order of the Garter.

You're right, with regards to Lady Sarah Chatto.  They had it right in the article.  It was my mistake in posting.

Once the funeral is over,it will be useful to discuss the potential changes in the Royal Household and the vacancies in the orders of chivalry.

With the funeral over and the coronation now somewhere on the horizon, the Duke of Norfolk seems a likely candidate for the Garter.

I'm not sure about that, actually.  But I Would have thought that the Dukes of Wellington and Devonshire are prime candidates.
