ISO hard case

I'm looking for a Trico or another brand that can fit my gravel bike in. I think because of my Tubeless 40mm tires,  that I can't completely deflate, and my X-Cargo (fixed width) case it's just too close for comfort. 

We leave next Wed the 15th for a week in Colorado for the Foco Fondo.

I've got a few back up plans but another Trico would be my first choice.
