hi guys

I am truly grateful for your help with this advertisement!  And, all the help for this relatively short time we have belonged to this group - it has been invaluable. I appreciate you guys.

As you all know the best 2 days are  . . . and this one, as David Lidrbauch said "the pain of selling" - how true. We have a big garden, children in Scotland UK, Cebu Philippines, Texas and Tennessee, grandchild in Tokyo, 2 new grandchildren and less time to visit and spend time with all of them. I bet you understand the difficulty of this situation!!!

I followed your collective advice, put the sale up on craigslist and marketplace - not ebay yet - their fees are ridiculously high - like the broker. There are other selling places in the Long Island Sound. Luckily, our boat is moored in Jamaica bay - close to buoy 16 if you are passing so we don't have a long trek to get out to it!

I'd be grateful if you will pass this link along

Pauleen,

I feel your pain, to a certain extent.  I have grandchildren in Kumamoto, Japan.  I don't see them more than every couple of years.  They were in London, for awhile, which was a little closer, but now they are it's Japan.  My other kids are in New England, and no grand kids.  My solution is to go sailing.

I bought my P365 from a Craigslist ad.  It was on Long Island, NY.

Have you posted this to the Pearson Sailboat group on Facebook?  If not, and if you would like, I can post it there for you.

Jeff

Oh wow!

You did wonderful work on her. My 31-2 is much more humble.

Whoever buys it is going to be lucky.
