From one of my local food buying co-ops - anyone interested?

Place orders at http://www.mudvillecommons.com/

----------------------

Fresh albacore tuna for pickup this coming saturday 7/19 in SE Portland? Orders/ commitments (no cancellations allowed!) due by Wednesday AM, payments due (CLEARED, no echecks), by Friday.

*whole tuna is $3 lb.,
*each tuna is between 10-20lbs.,
*we can fillet for you here in Port Orford for an additional $5 per fish,
*tuna has about a 50% recovery rate which means each 20lb. fish will yield approximately 10lbs. of tuna loins,
*this will bring the fillet price to an average of $6.00lb,
*considering our retail price for frozen loins is $9.00lb, this is a great deal.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please email me back. I don't have my exact details worked out yet because it depends on weather, ocean conditions and the landed catch, but we are shooting for next Friday July 18th. I will need your order by Wednesday July 16th.
