that generate a static lib，when i try to use this lib，i gets this link error

You're probably trying to compile PDFium with a different C++ standard library than the rest of your application.

when i add libc++.dll.lib to the sln, it works.

what args should i set in order to avoid this ? i only want to use the pdfium.lib static lib without adding libc++.dll.lib.

If you're building with MSVC, you should set is_clang=false.
