PCRE2 10.38 Released

I have had no reports of any problems since the 10.38-RC1 pre-release was made available a month ago, so I'm putting out the 10.38 release. Two bugs have been fixed since 10.38. The tarballs are in the (now) usual place on GitHub:

Just for confirmation, is there any website for the changelog/release-notes or it's just the Changelog file in the repo?

It's just the ChangeLog in the repo, which is also included in the tarballs, along with NEWS, which summarizes any new features, i.e. it's ChangeLog without the bugfix entries, more or less. At least, that's what's supposed to happen.... :-)
