Hi,

I am working at the Directorate of Fisheries in Norway and I have created .vs and .agg files to aggregate municipalities into counties. The aggregation works fine.

The issue is that the municipalities only appear after clicking the “advance search” link, as seen in the attached screenshot on the left, even if I only have 743 municipalities to choose from.

I would like the municipalities to show directly in the box, as in this table from SSB (see attachment righthand side), where they have 1246 municipalities. How can I change the settings to achieve the look of SSB? We are using PxWeb 2022 v1.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

Just guessing that it could be the “Max rows without search” setting in PxWeb admin?

“Maximum values displayed for a variable in selection box.
If the variable has more values the user must use the search function to select the values.”

We set it to 10 000 because we don’t like the “advanced search” at all.
It is a horror not to be used ever.

Hans

Thank you so much Hans! :)

That did the trick.

Have a nice day!
